Council rejects claim new motorway services near Boroughbridge 'unlawful'

Well, it seems there's been a bit of a kerfuffle regarding those proposed motorway services just outside of Boroughbridge! Our local council has been looking into the claims that they might be 'unlawful', and they've now made their decision.
